Yes, a Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the chalet. The Wifi code is indicated in several rooms of the chalet.
Yes, a charcoal fireplace is available in the garden.
Yes, there are several fondue pots available.
Travellers can arrive from 4pm on the day of rental and are asked to leave the chalet by noon on the day of departure. They are welcomed by our concierge team for the handover of keys and tour of the property.
Yes, the cleaning service is always included in the rental price so that travellers do not have to worry about this and to ensure a clean place for all visitors.
Dogs may reside in the enclosed garden, but unfortunately they are not allowed inside the chalet for reasons of hygiene and cleanliness.
Yes, the chalet has ample space for storing skis in the garage.
A tourist tax is levied on guests who spend the night on the territory of the Commune of Anniviers, whatever the type of accommodation. This tax is due according to the provisions of the communal regulation on tourist taxes and is collected by the Commune of Anniviers.
It amounts to 4.00 per adult per night and 2.00 per child from 6 to 16 years old. Children under 6 years of age are exempt.
The Anniviers Liberty Pass gives access to numerous offers and discounts to enjoy the activities and facilities of the region from May to November (contact us for the exact dates which differ from year to year).
All travellers who stay at the Chalet de Pralong for at least one night are eligible. The owners must be asked for a personalised pass, which is then generated and sent to tenants digitally.

The Chalet de Pralong is located 1 km from the heart of the Zinal resort and its ski lifts leading to the Sorebois and Grimentz ski areas. The Zinal cable car can be reached by a shuttle bus which stops right in front of the chalet, or by car in 2 minutes, or on foot in 15 minutes.
